Danford Real Estate & Asset Management was formerly The Danford Group at LaPiano Realty, Inc. I have lived here for 24 years, grew up in Black Forest, married and moved to Old Colorado City, moved to the Powers Corridor just before having my children, and have spent the past 6 years helping people buy and sell real estate in the Pikes Peak region.

I don't have a formal office... I believe if I'm not in the home being listed or in the car showing homes to buyers, I'm not doing my job. Everything an agent needs an office for can be accomplished from the low cost option of a home office. I have a strong connection with my title company just in case I ever need a conference room to borrow, but I think relaxing over a cup of coffee or tea while meeting with my clients develops a more personal and relaxed relationship with my clients and ultimately allows me to keep my costs low and, in turn, my fees to my clients low.

I have a business management degree with a minor in computer information systems. I earned my real estate license from Kaplan (Jones College) and am working towards my GRI designation. I am a residential and long-term investment property specialist - representing both buyers and sellers - and will soon offer my experience in real estate to help other agents achieve their goals in their real estate careers.

In addition to being a Realtor®, I am a wife, homeschool mom, Park & Rec youth soccer coach, and Girl Scout troop cookie mom. In my spare time (Yeah, right! Like I get spare time.), I enjoy watching movies with my family, playing with my kids, and traveling.
